About Shop Rigid Boxes
We make one kind of packaging: rigid boxes, built to order for UK businesses that want the box to be part of the product.
What do we make?
Rigid boxes in eight constructions: magnetic closure, sliding drawer, lift-off lid, book-style, shoulder, hinged lid, collapsible and tube. Each one is made to the customer's measurements, wrapped in printed or coloured paper and finished with options such as foil, embossing and soft touch. How do we work?
Every order starts with a written quote and a free design proof. Nothing is made until you approve the proof. Production takes 4–6 business days after approval, and delivery is free and tracked to any UK address in 2–3 business days.

Do you design the boxes?
Our designers place your artwork on the template and send a free proof. You can also send finished artwork.
Are the boxes made by hand?
Rigid boxes involve hand work at the wrapping and finishing stages, which is part of why they cost more than cartons.
Do you sell boxes off the shelf?
No. Every box is made to order to your size and design.
Can small brands order?
Yes. Tell us the quantity you need and we quote it in writing.
How do you handle mistakes?
Misprints or damage reported within 10 days with photos are reprinted or refunded.
Do you keep my artwork for reorders?
Yes. Your approved proof is kept so a reorder can be quoted quickly.
What areas do you deliver to?
Any UK address, free and tracked.
