Rigid box questions

Every order is quoted in writing. Our prices across the site start from £0.25 per unit, but rigid boxes use thick board, wrap and hand work, so they are usually priced above that floor.

Quantities are quoted per order. Tell us how many you need and we price that number.

A dense, stiff board made for rigid boxes. It gives the box its weight and keeps its shape; the printed wrap covers it.

Board options are available on request. We suggest one to suit the size and weight of what goes inside.

The printed or coloured paper glued around the greyboard. It carries the print and the finish.

Yes. A window can be cut into the lid and backed with clear film, as on our window rigid boxes.

Yes. Inside print is available on request, often used for a message inside the lid.

Yes. Each size is quoted as its own line on the same quote.

Reply to the proof email to approve it or ask for changes. Production starts only after approval.

They are packed in outer cartons to protect corners and wraps on the way to you.

Orders are delivered free and tracked to your UK address, so collection is not needed.

Email us the order reference or a photo of the box and we requote from your saved proof.

Rigid boxes can hold wrapped chocolates or sweets. Tell us what goes inside and we suggest a suitable liner.

Most constructions can take a ribbon pull or tie fixed under the wrap. Ask for it on the quote.
