Misprints and refunds
Rigid boxes are made to order for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If something is wrong with them, we put it right.
What is covered?
Report the problem within 10 days of delivery with photos, and we reprint the affected boxes or refund them.
- Printing that does not match the approved proof
- Boxes damaged on the way to you
- The wrong size, construction or quantity against your order
What is not covered?
Checking the proof carefully is the best protection. Our guide to rigid box finishes and artwork covers what to look for.
- Errors in artwork or text that were in the approved proof
- Small colour differences between screen and print
- Boxes damaged after delivery or by use
How do I make a claim?
- Email us within 10 days of delivery with your order reference.
- Attach photos of the boxes and the outer cartons.
- Tell us how many boxes are affected.
- We reply within one business day with a reprint or refund.
Misprint and refund questions
Can I return boxes I no longer need?
No. Boxes are made to order for you, so change-of-mind returns are not possible.
How long do I have to report a problem?
10 days from delivery, with photos.
Do I have to send the boxes back?
Usually not. Photos are enough in most cases; we tell you if we need a sample.
Will you reprint or refund?
Whichever you prefer for the affected boxes, where possible.
What if only some boxes are damaged?
We reprint or refund the damaged boxes only.
Is a colour difference a misprint?
A clear mismatch with the approved proof is. Small differences between screen and print are normal.
What if the mistake was in my artwork?
Errors that were in the approved proof are not covered, which is why we ask you to check every proof.
How long does a reprint take?
We confirm the timing when we agree the reprint, usually the normal production time.
Who pays delivery on a reprint?
We do. Reprints are delivered free and tracked.
How are refunds paid?
To the original payment method, once the claim is agreed.
