Every order is delivered free and tracked to one UK address. We deliver within the UK only.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 4–6 business days after you approve the proof. Delivery then takes 2–3 business days to any UK address. You receive tracking details when the order leaves us.

How are rigid boxes packed?
Rigid boxes are packed in outer cartons with the corners protected, so the wraps arrive clean. Collapsible boxes are packed flat.
What should I check when the order arrives?
Our misprint and refund policy explains what happens next.
- Count the cartons against the delivery note.
- Open one carton and check a few boxes against the approved proof.
- Report any misprint or damage within 10 days with photos.

Is delivery really free?
Yes. Tracked delivery to one UK address is included in every quote.
Do you deliver to Scotland and Wales?
Yes. We deliver to any UK address.
Can you split an order across addresses?
Tell us before you approve the quote and we price extra drops.
Can I choose a delivery day?
We can aim for a day if you tell us at the proof stage; the carrier sets the final slot.
Will someone need to sign?
Larger orders may need a signature. Make sure someone can receive the cartons.
What if I am out when it arrives?
The tracking message explains how to rearrange delivery.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No. We deliver to UK addresses only.
How heavy is a rigid box order?
Heavier than cartons of the same size because of the board. We confirm the number of cartons with your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are sent by email when the order leaves us.
Is production time included in delivery time?
No. Allow 4–6 business days for production after approval, then 2–3 business days for delivery.
