How do I get the best result from Design Your Box?
The picture is a guide for our designers, not the print file. It shows where you want the logo, roughly how big, and which colour and finish you prefer.
- Use a logo with a transparent background, ideally PNG or SVG.
- Keep the logo away from the edges of the lid, where the wrap turns over the board.
- Choose a dark wrap if you plan a gold or silver foil logo; the contrast reads better.
- Note anything you want inside the lid in the message box.
What happens after I send my design?
We reply within one business day with a written price and a flat proof showing your logo on the dieline for the size you need. Ask for changes as often as you like. Nothing is made until you approve it, and if you would rather start from measurements, the rigid box sizing guide explains what to send.
Design questions
Is the picture I make the final print?
No. It shows our designers what you want. They redraw it on the right template and send a proper proof.
What logo files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP up to 3 MB. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background gives the cleanest picture.
Can I move the logo with the keyboard?
Yes. Select the logo and use the arrow keys. Hold Shift to move it in bigger steps.
Do the wrap colours match real papers?
They are a close guide on screen. The proof and our paper references confirm the exact shade.
Can I place a logo on the side of the box?
Tell us in the notes. The picture shows one face, but the proof can include the sides and the inside of the lid.
Does it cost anything to send a design?
No. The design proof and the written price are free.
Can I change the box after sending?
Yes. Reply to our email with the new style and we send a fresh proof.
Will my logo be used anywhere else?
No. It is used only for your proof and your order.
What if I do not have a logo yet?
Send the brand name and the style you like. Our designers can set it in a simple typeface for the proof.
Can I see more than one finish on the proof?
Yes. Ask for two versions, for example foil and embossed, and we send both.
